I. Introduction

The main engine is two columns, two screws, and the lower type of oil cylinder. The stretching space is located above the main engine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam and the workbench of the main engine. Force measuring instrument adopts HD LCD display, the experimental data is convenient and intuitive.

Second, the transmission system

The lower beam lifting adopts the motor driven by the reducer, chain drive mechanism and lead screw pair to realize the adjustment of stretching and compression space.

Three, hydraulic system

The hydraulic oil in the tank is driven by the motor into the high pressure pump into the oil circuit, flows through the high pressure oil filter, returns the oil valve, and enters the oil cylinder. The force measuring instrument collects and analyzes data through the sensor, displays the constant force value, and the tester controls the flow through the oil delivery valve to realize the speed of the test force rate.

Six, safety protection device

When the test force exceeds 3% of the test force, overload protection, oil pump motor shut down.

When the piston rises to the upper limit position, the limit protection, oil pump motor stops.

When the beam drops to the set position, the limit protection, the reducer stops.
